Policies
AWN is a community built on respect, inclusivity and empowerment. As an all-female organization, we strive to create a safe and supportive community for all members and volunteers to thrive. This code of conduct outlines the values, expectations and behaviors that uphold our mission and ensure a positive experience for everyone involved.
Male Guests
Men do not attend any activity or event unless it is published as a couples' outing in the newsletter or sign-up sheets. Men can attend Coffee and Speaker Mornings only as Guest Speakers.
Children
Children (anyone under 18 years of age) do not attend any activity or event unless it is published as a family outing in the newsletter or sign-up sheets.
Guests
If there is a member with an out-of-town female guest, the guest may attend activities on a space available basis for up to two weeks. If more than two weeks, the guest must register as a member and sign up for the activities to participate. Priority will be given to members.

Members agree, upon joining, to allow their image to be used by AWN in social media, email, and on Connect.

Attendance
Coffee and Speaker Mornings are open to the public. Activites and Events are members only.
Cancellation Policy
Individual activities and events carry their own cancellation guidelines. See Club coordinator or Eventbrite ticket announcement.
Promoting Business

Thursday Events
Any daytime activity or event taking place on a Thursday must be presented to chair and voted on by the board. This prevents conflicts with official AWN meetings.
